“We’re going through a major change and I’m worried about the impact”
This might be you if:
- A regulatory or legislative change is forcing your hand
- Senior stakeholders don’t yet agree on what the change means for them
- The change will, or is likely to, affect most parts of the business
- The change is complex and you can’t find the right way to communicate it to the people it will affect
- Multiple partners and suppliers all need to move in step
- There’s a hard deadline you can’t move
Large-scale change carries operational risk, people risk and reputational risk. Managing it means assessing the impact before it happens, engaging the right stakeholders properly, planning for what could go wrong, and keeping leadership informed throughout.
Where we’ve done this
Florencia was part of the team that delivered a major BBC TV Licensing change programme at RAPP UK (Omnicom). A change in legislation meant a difficult and contested message had to reach 3.5 million UK households, many of them in a vulnerable demographic, with a launch date fixed in 2020, and the change affected almost every side of the business. Her role included running large workshops with BBC stakeholders across Marketing, Finance, Operations, Legal, Brand and Technology, alongside the partners running field staff, call centres and inbound mail processing, plus printers and technology providers. The programme achieved a 95% success rate.
Engagements run as fixed-term project contracts or retained advisory, and begin with an initial conversation to establish scope and fit. There is no cost or obligation attached to it. More on how we work.
