Business analysis and change management are the formal terms for this work. In practice, organisations rarely approach us asking for either. They approach us with a specific problem: a programme that has stalled, a cost base nobody can fully account for, a change that has to land without disrupting the business.
The situations below are the ones we are most often brought in to address.
Before a project begins
“We’re about to start something significant and want to get the foundations right”
Defining scope, requirements and success criteria before budget is committed.
When a project is underway
“We’re putting in new technology and I need people to actually use it”
Technology projects rarely fail on the technology. They fail on readiness, translation and adoption.
“We’re going through a major change and I’m worried about the impact”
Assessing impact before it lands, engaging stakeholders properly, and planning for what could go wrong.
“We’re changing a supplier or system and we can’t afford disruption”
End-to-end management of migrations and transitions, from requirements through go-live and beyond.
Where the business foundations need work
“I think we’re wasting money and I can’t see where”
A structured view of what the business is actually running, what it costs, and what can go.
“We’ve grown quickly, and we lack structure and documentation”
Documented processes that allow the organisation to scale, comply and operate consistently.
“We want to use AI but we’re not sure the business is ready”
The process, data and adoption work that determines whether an AI programme delivers a return.
If your situation does not map neatly onto one of these, that is not unusual. Most engagements begin with a conversation to establish what would be most useful and how it would be scoped.
How we work
Every engagement is led personally by Florencia Giampaoletti, from the first conversation through to delivery. You work directly with the person doing the work.
Fixed-term project contracts for defined deliverables, with agreed timelines and fees set in advance.
Retained advisory for ongoing support, typically one to two days per week, where a transformation programme requires a consistent partner as it develops.
All engagements begin with an initial conversation to establish scope and fit. There is no cost or obligation attached to it.
